At this meeting we will provide an interactive review of the current needs that exist within our communities and SCPHN’s next steps in our Community Health Improvement Planning process! Your participation and feedback in this process is vital as we plan for the future.
We are excited to announce that will be providing a full breakfast buffet in the morning along with a moving presentation from Gail Gettens from the NH Division of Public Health Services.
