Community-Based Flu Clinic for Children & Adults

FreeOur group of volunteer nurses & staff will be at the Seymour Osman Community Center (SOCC) in Dover on Tuesday November 17th from 3:30 – 5:30pm to provide flu shots to school-aged children (5-18 years) and adults (age 19 years and older) at NO COST.
Consent forms will be available at the clinic. Children under the age of 18 require a parent signature before being vaccinated.
