Community-Based COVID & Flu Vaccine Clinic

SCPHN has partnered with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County & the Indonesian Community Connect (ICC) to offer COVID & flu vaccines to the community on Wednesday January 31st from 3:30 – 6:30pm at Strafford CAP’s Dover office. Additional resources will be available.
- COVID vaccine will be available to those ages 5+
- Flu vaccine will be available to those ages 4+
- Anyone under the age of 18 will need to provide a consent form that has been signed by a legal parent or guardian to receive vaccine
