DESCRIPTION:Are you a grandparent or a relative caring for children? If so\, you are not alone. It is estimated that more than 13\,000 grandparents in NH are raising grandchildren\, and many feel they have no one to turn to for day to day support or helpful information. This monthly group (2nd Monday of each month) will provide a friendly\, informal opportunity for relative caregivers and grandparents to connect and support one another and to learn more about available resources. Bring your successes\, challenges\, questions and ideas to share with the group! This group is open to all relative caregivers and grandparents\, snacks and beverages are provided\, and free child care is available with advance sign-up.
